When you enroll in bi-yearly HVAC system maintenance, our team will visit your home twice a year, once in early spring to prepare for summer and again in early fall to prepare you for winter.
During each visit, we perform a detailed maintenance checklist that includes checking refrigerant levels, cleaning coil fins, clearing the condensate drain, inspecting blower components, changing air filters, and reviewing thermostat operation. We also ensure that your air filters are clean or help you change them as needed to ensure proper airflow and prevent water damage or unnecessary wear on your equipment. V.I.P.
